Production Openings

Many triad area residents have worked for EFA over the years and 30% of our current employees have worked for us for over 20 years.

EFA’s advanced warping, knitting, dyeing, and finishing (or tentering) operations produce innovative fabrics for many different uses.

We provide a clean and safe work environment and a full benefits package. This includes medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, plus 401k with company match, paid vacation, and 10 paid holidays.

All of our production positions require working an 8 hour shift, Monday thru Friday. Overtime is required on a daily, Saturday, or Sunday basis, if necessary.

Our Shift times are:
First shift: 7 AM – 3 PM
Second shift: 3 PM – 11 PM
Third shift: 11 PM – 7 AM

Our production jobs have a top rate which is paid after training is complete. Training periods vary based upon the job and training may be conducted on a different shift than the shift you will be assigned.We pay a shift premium of $. 15/hour for 2nd shift and $.25/hour for 3rd shift.We also pay a monthly attendance bonus which is paid to employees who have no absences during a month.
